This simple cheesecake is creamy and rich with just a tiny bit of sour to balance the sweetness. It’s easy to make and is always at the top my “most requested desserts” list!

She was using tools. Its not like she mixed the batter with her hands.
She didnt even make that much of a mess.
When you cook, there will be a mess. Dont base it off of Food Channel. Real life kitchens have messes.

Dont justify that, Its still unsanitary…YES you may get your hands dirty but not THAT dirty! I’m no chef but you should know that.

She said she is making (2) 8″ cakes. But, I am not sure that I like how she uses her hands for pull out the cream cheese and place it in the mixing bowl. That is why they created rubber spatulas.

takes so much time, but okk. buy all the ingredients is almost the same or more expensive than buy one. you can buy one much better, bigger, and decorated and 100% sure that is delicious instead to wonder how will be
